I'm sure there are members on both here and the Writer's Cafe. A friend a problem with a member there(who was banned from this site). Instead of correcting the problem - the owner of the site sent the friend a warning - a situation that I not only find appalling - but a situation the is NOT tolerated here.

| Albuquerque Book Festival |
For some time I have discussed with other authors about having a book festival here in Albuquerque. The Chama Book festival is an excellent venue, but with the price of gas it may hamper attendance .
The first step is to make sure there is enough interest. Second investigate what is needed to set up the festival. Third start advertising and drum up support from the local vendors.
But first things first, how much interest is there? |
